In accordance with the City of Mansfield’s Citizen Participation Plan, the Community Development Department will conduct Two Neighborhood Meetings to explain the Community Development Block Grant/HOME Program and to receive input From citizens on proposed uses of the FY 2015 Community Development Block Grant/HOME funds
