Connecting Imaginations to Miracles: The Imagination District
Don fully supports the vision of the Imagination District and believes Mansfield has greatly benefited from our local Arts Community and from the educational and interactive experiences provided by the Little Buckeye Children’s Museum. The Imagination District is a collaborative project of the Little Buckeye Children’s Museum and the Renaissance Performing Arts Association to renovate two adjacent buildings on Park Avenue West. It will provide multiple arts and education experiences and be a catalyst to connect the western edge of the city with the rest of downtown.
Moving forward, a Bryant Administration not only will support the Arts Community, but will also invest in growing the Arts Economy. On the whole, the arts contributes over $760 billion annually to the U.S. economy. There is no reason why we can’t further expand our performing and creative arts, film and movie production, music and more. Mansfield has real talent and as Mayor, Don will help cultivate opportunities in Mansfield that appeal to local, regional and arts communities throughout the country.
A Bryant Administration will also voice support for quality investments in child development and within the overall education community. Outside of our schools; Don wants to see that every child has access to a safe, interactive and fun environment that promotes healthy development. Through supporting and connecting the Mansfield Imagination District to the Miracle Mile, a future one-stop for family fun; it’s no doubt that Mansfield will become one of Ohio’s next great cities of opportunity.
